Deposits
A 50% deposit secures tattoo appointments; waxing and brow appointments require $25. Pay via Commonwealth Bank, RBC, or Island Luck.

Rescheduling
Give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or transfer your deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows may lead to a booking ban.

Punctuality
A 15-minute grace period applies. After that, a $10 late fee is added; at 20 minutes, the appointment is cancelled.

Guests & age
One support person is welcome. No groups or children. Tattoos and specialized services are 18+; minors need a legal guardian for eligible services.

How do deposits work?
Every appointment requires a deposit. Tattoos require 50%; waxing and brow services require $25. Deposits become non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
What if I’m running late?
There is a 15-minute grace period. A $10 late fee applies after 15 minutes, and appointments are cancelled at 20 minutes late.
Can I bring someone with me?
You may bring one support person. To keep the studio calm and safe, extra groups and children are not permitted.
What is the age requirement?
Tattoos and specialized services are for clients 18 and older. Minors receiving eligible services must have a parent or legal guardian present.
How does the loyalty reward work?
After 10 visits, you receive $15 off as part of the Unicorn Fairy Loyalty Program.
